{ MAN'S BEST FRIEND PHOTOGRAPHY }

Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Lions, Tigers, Bears....oh my! KMP will photograph almost all of "Man's Best Friends" (sorry, snakes will not be considered) All session lengths depend on the animal and how well behaved they are being that day. { Copyright and Licensing Agreement }

Kerri McMahon Photo (KMP) grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying images (collectively, "Media,") for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

•Advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging as part of a commercial website use

•Prints, posters, flyers, tear-sheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)

•Prints, posters, or other commercial display of Media

•Magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications, video, broadcast, theatrical

Your purchase of the original files releases KMP from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases KMP from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to KMP the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use, unless otherwise discussed beforehand. KMP agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only. KMP retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.

The client will receive one USB drive containing all edited images from the shoot. A dropbox link, containing all images, will also be available to the client for one calendar year. After the calendar year, the dropbox link will be deleted and no longer available to the client. Additional USB drives are available for purchase, if images are lost. If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram* etc.) OR if you share or use any digital files from either Facebook or my website, you may not alter the image in any way and you must give credit to Kerri McMahon Photo. *Instagram – you may not alter the image(s) in any way by adding filters.
